Todd Sutton, President
Todd was appointed President of DuPont Tate and Lyle Bio Products in November, 2011. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and Information Technology, he joined DuPont in 1985. After working in the IT field for three years, he moved into the Corian® business where he held a range of sales, marketing, and regional management positions in New York, Massachusetts, and Delaware. Following that, he lived and worked in Hong Kong for 2-1/2 years as the regional product manager before returning to Delaware and taking over the Commercial Business segment in North America. He subsequently served as the Global Marketing Director for the SolaeTM soy protein business, a joint venture between DuPont and Bunge headquartered in St. Louis. Most recently, he was Vice President at Liqui-Box, a packaging company acquired by DuPont, where he held a range of business leadership positions.
Todd and his wife Pam have two children, a son living and working in New York City and a daughter finishing her undergraduate at Ohio State. Both he and Pam are natives of Ohio, and are avid Ohio State Buckeye fans. They both enjoy bicycling, boating, and one of them enjoys cooking. They are in the process of settling into the beautiful Knoxville, TN area.

Stephen J. Hurff, Vice President - Sales
Steve is the Vice President of Sales for DuPont Tate and Lyle Bio Products Company and he is located at the international sales offices in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Steve has been with the DuPont Company for 29 years in a range of management, technical, manufacturing, marketing and sales positions across several strategic DuPont businesses.
In Steve's current role he leads the joint venture sales team composed of 8 sales professionals spread across North America, Europe and Asia.
Steve has received several marketing excellence awards and has also had the pleasure to present several sales excellence awards to members of his various teams in the recent past.
Steve is a graduate from the University of Delaware holding two undergraduate degrees, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and BS Chemistry.
Steve and his wife Amy reside in Newark, DE, USA with a blended family of three boys and three girls. With two children in college and four to go, Steve remains very focused on growing sales for the business. Hobbies include performance cars, wakeboarding, softball, sporting clays and a range of fitness activities. Steve and Amy are avid Phillies baseball fans.

Joe DeSalvo, Marketing Director
Joe DeSalvo is the Marketing Director for DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products LLC, a joint venture between Tate & Lyle and DuPont focused on developing renewable ingredients for a variety of industries. In this role, Joe has responsibility for the global marketing and technical service activities of the venture focusing on both industrial and consumer applications. Joe joined DuPont in 2004 and has held business development and marketing roles in DuPont Refinish Coatings and DuPont Applied Bio Sciences prior to taking this role in 2007. Before joining DuPont, Joe spent nearly 10 years with Air Products & Chemicals in a variety of sales, marketing and technical service roles.
Joe holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University at Bloomington.

Denis Burlaud, Account Executive - Europe, Middle East, Africa
Denis Burlaud has worked for the past 2.5 years as Sales Manager representing Dupont Tate & Lyle Bioproducts™ in Europe Middle East & Africa. Denis received his engineering degree in Biochemistry and Polymeric Sciences from Paris University and his MBA from La Sorbonne University. Previously to joining DuPont Tate & Lyle Denis spent five years with DuPont de Nemours where he held various European positions in Sales and Marketing for different businesses.
Outside work, I'm enjoying my 2 young daughters of 2 and 6 years, my old classic car and my Burgundy wine cellar.

Pete Colombo, Senior Account Executive - North America
Pete Colombo is an Account Executive on the Sales and Marketing team of DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products. Pete has been with DuPont for over 21 years, and joined DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products in June of 2007. Pete has a B.S. Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and recently completed a Masters of Finance from Pennsylvania State University. Pete's primary role on the team is new business development for our Zemea® and Susterra® propanediol products. Since joining this business, Pete has received a Corporate Sustainability Award for the market development of Susterra® propanediol. Rose Durham, Marketing Manager - Cosmetics and Personal Care
Rose Durham is the Marketing Manager for the Cosmetics and Personal Care market. Rose has worked in this market for almost 3 years and has been with the DuPont Company for 36 years in a variety of marketing positions in many different industries. Rose works out of the Wilmington, Delaware sales and marketing headquarters and manages all of the global marketing communications, trade show events, market research, sales collateral and other promotional activities.
Rose graduated from the University of Delaware with an MBA (International Marketing) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. Rose recently received Advertising Excellence awards from GCI and Cosmetics & Toiletries magazines. Her outside interests include music, photography and international travel.

Carole Feole, Account and Distribution Manager - Americas
Carole has been in sales and marketing roles going on 17 years at DuPont, working in four business units. Carole has been employed by DuPont Tate & Lyle, our JV for three years in August. Carole manages distribution in N.A. for Zemea® used in C&PC and HI&I segments and has direct account responsibility of both the consumer and industrial brands. During Carole's DuPont career, she has received the "Excellence through People Award" in marketing and the "Certificate of Excellence" award in selling. Carole attended Frostburg State College and graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S.. Carole is Six Sigma Green Belt certified by DuPont that is located in Wilmington, DE. Some of Carole's personal interests are mainly in fitness, completing 5 marathons and running competitively in all distances, including trail running for 20 years. Carole also teaches swimming at the local YMCA and 2 years ago completed her scuba certification.

Mureo Kaku, Account and Distributor Manager - Asia Pacific
Mureo Kaku received his Ph.D from Kyoto University where he studied polymer synthesis and developing unique functional polymers. He taught at Mie University, Japan as lecturer before he joined DuPont CR&D. He has worked with DuPont for more than 20 years mostly in new product developments to create new business for DuPont. Currently he is located in Japan and is responsible for DuPont Tate & Lyle business in Asia excluding Japan, Taiwan and China. He enjoys working with customers and looks forward to seeing many new products commercialized to benefit consumers through DuPont Tate & Lyle. He enjoys exercising and hiking when he has free time.

Bob Miller, Technical Service Manager
Bob Miller is the Technical Service Specialist for DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products and is based in sales and marketing offices in Wilmington, Delaware. Having assumed this role in 2008, Bob is responsible for supporting customer and business needs in the areas of technical service, regulatory compliance and quality across the various end uses for Zemea® and Susterra®. Bob joined DuPont in 2003 and prior to this position, Bob was a member of DuPont's Central Research and Development organization that developed the initial applications for 1,3-propanediol.
Bob holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and has completed graduate level work in chemistry at the University of Delaware. He is an author on eleven patents, including ten patents involving the use of 1,3-propanediol, and received the 2008 DuPont Excellence Award for Sustainable Growth.
Bob's activities outside of work include running, the beach and going to Phillies baseball games.

Gowri Nagarajan, Account Manager - India
Gowri currently leads the DuPont business in India since he moved back to India in July 2008. Prior to arriving in India in July 2008, Gowri spent over six years in other DuPont businesses in the USA in various roles including Fluoroproducts and Crop Protection. Prior to joining DuPont, Gowri began his professional career in the high paced environment of a Silicon Valley start-up (PolyStor) in the San Francisco Bay area and was responsible for bringing next generation lithium ion battery technology to the automotive and electronics market and spent 4 years there.
Gowri holds his Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina (1998) and a MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia (2007). Gowri holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical and Electrochemical Engineering from the Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi, INDIA (1993). He received the University of South Carolina Dean's Award for Excellence in Graduate Study for his Doctoral dissertation on Advanced Battery Design. He was also the recipient of the prestigious NSF (National Science Foundation) Fellowship during his tenure at South Carolina that enabled him to spend 2 years of Co-op at Hoechst Celanese, Charlotte, NC.
A fanatic of South Indian classical Music, Gowri has two daughters, Madhuvanti (7 yrs) and Hemavati (4 yrs) and happily lives in Delhi with his wife, children, and parents. While in the US, Gowri followed Sports very keenly and is proud to say that he has seen MJ's final act at the old Charlotte Hornets stadium, seen the Panthers in action at the Ericsson stadium, rooted for the Carolina Gamecocks many times at the William Brice stadium (have also seen Peyton in action when the Volunteers visited us, we are in SEC), followed the Yankees keenly after 1996 WS 3rd game win against Braves, followed them in many games in the Athletics stadium in Oakland and finally topped it off with a trip to the Yankee stadium in 2008.

Ron Rawlins, Strategic Account Manager
Ron Rawlins is a Strategic Account Manager for DuPont Tate & Lyle. Ron has been with DuPont for 37 years: 6 years in Operations, 4 years in Strategic Planning, 10 years managing businesses, 13 years developing new businesses and 4 years with Marketing & Sales Group for DT&L. In addition to Ron's account responsibilities he sells to Strategic Customers in both Industrial and Cosmetic Markets and he also leads the Global Urethane Network (GUN). Ron was part of the team that won the DuPont Sustainable Growth Excellence Award in 2008 for "Enabling Customers with Sustainable Solutions". Ron has both a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MBA with Emphasis in Finance from University of Delaware. Ron resides in Pennsylvania where he is a full time "Do it yourself'er"; i.e. mechanic, electrician, plumber, etc.

Mayumi Shirai, Account Manager - Japan
Mayumi Shirai is a Senior Sales Rep at DuPont Tate and Lyle. She has her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She resides in Tokyo, Japan. Her primary roles at DuPont Tate and Lyle are Sales of Zemea® and Susterra® as well as Marketing and Sales of Sorona® and Cerenol®. She has been with DuPont for over 20 years. In her time at Dupont she has achieved the DKK performance award for Sorona® interior fabrics for automotives. In her free time she enjoys fitness and playing with her children.

Gordon Tseng, Account Manager - Taiwan and China
Gordon Tseng is based in Taipei, Taiwan and overlooks the Greater China region for the DuPont Tate & Lyle business. Gordon was originally with DuPont Taiwan, working as a regional technical service representative for the Kevlar® business, and was reassigned to the JV since March 2009. After working in DuPont Tate & Lyle over the last several months, Gordon found it represents great potential for various industries, and enjoys working in this exciting environment.
